Role Description

As a Placement Specialist, you are the engine of our sales funnel. Your goal is simple: Convert high-potential talent into successful international placements. You will manage a pipeline of Jorean hospitality students, acting as a persuasive consultant who overcomes objections, builds urgency, and closes the deal. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who is motivated by achieving targets, and recognizes the impact that successfully placing a candidate can have on their career.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in high-volume Sales, Recruitment, or Business Development with a proven "closer" track record.
• Resilient, competitive, and motivated by exceeding monthly revenue and placement targets.
• A graduate of a top hospitality program who can leverage their network to build immediate trust.
• Proficient in HubSpot/Salesforce; understands the importance of CRM data.
• Bilingual with fluent English, capable of pitching to both students and C-level Hotel Directors.

Requirements

• Rapidly qualify and convert inbound leads from universities into active program applicants.
• Use deep industry knowledge to overcome candidate objections regarding visas, costs, and relocation.
• Take full responsibility for the "Sale-to-Payment" cycle, ensuring all program fees are collected on time.
• Proactively "hunt" for new talent by building relationships with career centers at Mexico’s elite hospitality schools.
• Host high-energy webinars and on-campus recruitment events designed to generate "on-the-spot" sign-ups and applications.
• Position Placement International as the only premium choice for luxury placements programs in the market.
• Maintain a pristine CRM database, ensuring every interaction is logged and every candidate is nurtured.
• Analyze sales data to identify where candidates are dropping off and implement strategies to plug the "leaks" in your funnel.
• Use CRM data to identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and implement immediate sales solutions.
• Deliver clear, performance-based reports to leadership regarding the market’s growth and ROI.
