Role Description

Acquire new clients for Elvoro's flagship AI-native social media marketing service, primarily targeting consumer businesses in the United States and Germany. As an independent B2B sales partner, you will own the sales process, from identifying prospects and pitching our solutions to negotiating, closing deals, and building lasting client relationships. We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of winning clients. Responsibilities

• Your primary goal is to consistently acquire new paying clients for Elvoro, build and maintain successful client relationships, and generate long-term revenue.
• Prospecting & Research:
  • Identify suitable consumer businesses, assess their commercial potential, and connect with relevant decision-makers, primarily in the US and Germany.
• Outreach & Acquisition:
  • Independently generate qualified sales opportunities through targeted outreach and effective acquisition methods.
• Inbound Demand Conversion:
  • Convert inbound leads into sales and contribute to improving inbound demand strategies.
• Sales & Presentations:
  • Engage business owners and decision-makers, understand their objectives, and persuasively present Elvoro's solutions through calls, online meetings, and proposals.
• Negotiation & Closing:
  • Manage follow-ups, address objections professionally, negotiate commercial terms, and convert prospects into paying clients through signed agreements and initial payments. Our founder and team may support final commercial discussions.
• Client Relationship Management & Growth:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with acquired clients, monitor satisfaction, coordinate with our delivery team to support client success, and identify opportunities for renewals, additional services, and referrals.
• Pipeline Management:
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline, track opportunities, progress, and coordinate smooth client onboarding and handovers with our team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of independently acquiring and closing paying B2B clients, preferably for marketing agencies, technology companies, or professional services.
• Strong experience in outbound B2B sales, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and managing the full sales cycle.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional client relationships, preferably involving recurring service contracts.
• Excellent professional American English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial judgment, independence, accountability, and a results-driven working style.
• Preferred: Experience selling digital marketing or social media marketing services, an established network of relevant business decision-makers, and familiarity with the US or German markets. Native German language proficiency is required when selling to Germany.
