[Hiring] Sales Manager / Trader @DW OIL Trading GmbH

Role Description

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and highly motivated Sales Manager / Trader (m/f/d) with strong market knowledge and an independent working style to strengthen our expansion in Poland.

• Develop and expand sales of paraffin wax and chemical products in the Polish market
• Identify and acquire new industrial customers
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Conduct offer preparation, price negotiations, and contract finalization
• Develop relationships with refineries and suppliers
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Represent the company in commercial negotiations

Qualifications

• Sales experience, ideally in chemicals, petrochemicals, wax, or related industries
• Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
• Entrepreneurial thinking and proactive attitude
• Excellent Polish and English skills (mandatory)
• German or Russian is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Driver’s license and willingness to travel within Poland
• Existing industry contacts are a strong advantage
