[Hiring] Sales Manager @Stayd Collective

Role Description

You own sales operations for Stay'd. You lead a team of 10+ sales agents, coach them to perform, and build the systems that make good results repeatable:

• Clear SOPs
• The right KPIs
• A pipeline everyone can trust

You know every rep's numbers, where each one is stuck and what will move them forward. It is a role for someone who leads from the floor, not from a dashboard. Setting a target is not the same as hitting it. If the team's number is yours, you own what it takes to get there.

You sit in Sales and work closely with leadership, marketing and the brand teams across the collective. This role is fully remote within the United States, working Eastern Time hours. Because Stay'd runs shared systems across every brand, a process you build here tends to end up running in every market.

What you'll own:

• Oversee all sales operations for Stay'd.
• Lead, manage and coach a team of 10+ sales agents.
• Set, track and report on team and individual KPIs.
• Create and maintain sales SOPs so good performance is repeatable.
• Identify what is holding performance back and fix it, whether it is a skill, a process or a tool.
• Keep the pipeline accurate and the forecast honest.
• Recruit, onboard and develop agents as the team grows.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager, managing and coaching a sales team, ideally 10+ people.
• A track record of improving team performance through coaching, process and data.
• Experience building SOPs and running a team on clear KPIs.
• Comfort with a CRM and sales reporting.
• Clear, direct communication, including the hard conversations.
• Experience in short-term rentals, property management, real estate or hospitality is a plus.

Benefits

• Base salary of $100,000/year.
• On-target earnings (OTE) of $175,000/year.
