Role Description

Reporting to the General Manager, we are hiring a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and develop our commercial team. As our new Sales and Marketing Manager, you will shape our sales and marketing strategy, build and coach the team, strengthen sales processes, and drive new business opportunities across North America. You will combine strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in key sales opportunities, bringing greater structure, focus, and alignment to how we engage customers and expand our market presence.

This is a full-time, remote role based in North America.

As our new Sales and Marketing Manager, you will

• Set the commercial direction. Define and execute the sales approach needed to support organic growth, pipeline development, and revenue targets.
• Lead and develop the team. Create the structure, coaching, and accountability needed for the team to perform.
• Strengthen pipeline and sales discipline. Improve how opportunities are tracked, reviewed, followed up on, and advanced.
• Connect marketing to revenue. Guide marketing activity that supports sales growth.
• Support strategic sales opportunities. Stay close to active opportunities and contribute to customer conversations.
• Grow customer relationships. Identify ways to expand within the existing customer base.
• Bring market insight back into the business. Stay close to customer needs, competitor activity, and changing market dynamics.

Qualifications

• The sales and marketing expertise. Experience leading sales and marketing in a software or B2B technology environment.
• The people leadership. Experience in leading, coaching, or developing sales and marketing team members.
• The complex sales judgment. Understanding of consultative sales environments with longer timelines and multiple stakeholders.
• The marketing mindset. Understanding how marketing supports growth through various activities.
• The executive presence. Ability to present ideas clearly, negotiate effectively, and build trust.
