Role Description

Join SAP Fioneer as a Lending Sales Lead and help shape the future of financial services. As a trusted advisor, you will bridge business and technology, helping customers optimize their processes, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and drive digital transformation.

Our Lending team at SAP Fioneer is growing and we are looking for someone who wants to shape the technology that powers the world’s banks and drive our Lending Go-to-Market strategy in South Africa and the African market.

Key Responsibilities

• Support our Go-To-Market strategy for the Lending division across South Africa and the African market
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with banking customers and industry partners
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with SAP Fioneer’s lending portfolio
• Understand the business needs of our potential and existing customers and support them through their transformation process with scalable solutions
• Respond to customer requests (including pre-RfI, RfI and RfP)
• Prepare Demo cases and Demos of our solutions to potential and existing customers
• Lead impactful sales engagements, including presentations, workshops, and executive briefings
• Collaborate with international cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end solution integration and maintain high client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking industry, lending solutions, or similar enterprise platforms
• Proven track record in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or solution consulting within the banking industry
• Strong understanding of financial services processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
