Role Description

TRM Labs provides AI-powered intelligence solutions that help public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime. This role focuses on building relationships and revenue with central banks, financial regulators, and financial intelligence units across EMEA.

• Map your territory’s central banks, supervisors, and FIUs using AI tools.
• Win six- and seven-figure deals by addressing supervisory and enforcement challenges.
• Build and maintain a 3x qualified pipeline through targeted outreach and campaigns.
• Navigate tenders, frameworks, and call-offs with various teams to ensure timely responses.
• Grow live customers through renewals, expansion, and referrals.
• Provide supervisory and customer insights to Policy, Product, and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years selling SaaS, data intelligence, or investigative solutions into central banks, financial regulators, or FIUs in EMEA.
• Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals.
• Existing relationships within EMEA central banks, supervisors, or FIUs.
• Working knowledge of MiCA and the EU AML framework.
• Hands-on use of AI for account research and planning.
• Credible communication with senior executives.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Based in France, Belgium, Spain, or Netherlands with willingness to travel regularly.
