Role Description

Help leading universities, publishers, hospitals, and research institutions protect the integrity of scientific research. At Imagetwin, we develop AI-powered software that helps organisations safeguard research integrity. Our platform is trusted by customers worldwide to strengthen trust in science and support high-quality research.

As demand for our solution continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Head of Sales to drive our global growth, with a primary focus on the United States and Europe. You’ll work directly with the founders, take ownership of our sales strategy and execution, and help bring our technology to more leading research organisations. You will join a fast-growing company with an established product, existing enterprise customers, and the opportunity to play a key role in our next stage of international growth. The role can be based in Vienna or fully remote.

Tasks

• Strategy & Execution: Own the complete B2B sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing—and shape our pricing and go-to-market initiatives.
• Global Growth: Build, scale, and lead our global sales operations, with a primary focus on the United States and Europe.
• Team Building: Establish repeatable sales processes and, as the business grows, build and lead an in-house sales team.
• Business Development: Win new enterprise customers across universities, hospitals, research institutions, publishers, and academic societies.
• Pipeline Management: Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, conferences, referrals, and partnerships.
• Client Engagement: Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, commercial negotiations, and contract discussions.
• Representation: Represent Imagetwin at selected international conferences and industry events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of successful B2B enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally including leadership or management responsibilities.
• Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals and building sales pipelines.
• Fluent in English at a native or bilingual proficiency level (C2), with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience selling to universities, hospitals, publishers, research institutions, or similar organisations is highly advantageous.

Benefits

• €90,000–€120,000 gross annual OTE (on-target earnings), comprising a €65,000–€80,000 base salary plus uncapped commission. The exact package depends on experience and track record, with the potential for higher earnings based on performance.
