[Hiring] Internal Sales Executive @Remote Choice

Role Description

To drive outbound pipeline growth for temporary site security equipment rentals across UK construction and infrastructure projects. Operating from South Africa during UK business hours, you will identify key project decision-makers, execute multi-channel prospecting, and book qualified sales meetings for our UK-based Business Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
  • Source and extract active UK project leads using Glenigan intelligence, focusing on newly awarded contracts and upcoming site start dates.
  • Identify key decision-makers within Main Contractors, including Commercial Managers, Procurement Leads, Project Directors, and Site Managers.
  • Conduct targeted cold calling, personalized email outreach, and LinkedIn networking to engage prospective clients.
• Pipeline & CRM Management
  • Log all call activity, contact updates, project timelines, and notes accurately within Goldvision CRM.
  • Maintain clean database records and schedule follow-ups to catch projects prior to site mobilisation.
• Meeting Qualification & Handover
  • Qualify prospect requirements to confirm an active or upcoming need for temporary site security rentals (CCTV towers, access control, perimeter monitoring).
  • Book confirmed, qualified meetings directly into the Business Manager’s calendar.
  • Provide concise pre-meeting briefing notes detailing the project scope, site location, timeline, and current security provision.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Daily activity targets across calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
• Minimum monthly target of completed, qualified sales meetings booked.
• Growth of verified, actionable leads logged in Goldvision CRM.

Compensation & Incentives

• Base Salary: Competitive monthly base salary.
• Meeting Bonus: £15 paid for every qualified meeting booked that takes place.
• Closed-Won Bonus: £35 paid for every project or account originating from your booked meetings that converts to a signed rental contract.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in outbound B2B telesales or appointment setting. Experience in site equipment rental, construction, or security is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience using CRM.
• Excellent spoken and written UK English with the confidence to converse with senior construction and commercial professionals.
• Dedicated, quiet home office in South Africa with high-speed internet, a noise-cancelling headset, and a reliable power backup solution (UPS/inverter) for uninterrupted work during UK hours.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, resilient, and organised.
