[Hiring] Sales Executive @Strada

Role Description

The Account Executive will be responsible for supporting and expanding our Workday professional services business by working closely with Workday and the partner ecosystem. This individual will:

• Identify new sales opportunities
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Execute joint go-to-market strategies
• Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients
• Strengthen relationships within existing accounts

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in driving new logo growth within the Workday ecosystem
• Experience with Workday (directly or through a partner organization) strongly preferred
• Ability to manage extended sales cycles (6–12 months)
• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a virtual environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Act as the primary liaison between Strada and Workday
• Drive pipeline growth by aligning with Workday field teams
• Develop go-to market strategies tailored to industry dynamics
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level leadership
• Identify and qualify complex sales opportunities
• Deliver compelling presentations and proposals
• Create and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders
• Identify and/or stimulate upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Lead innovation conversations with strategic clients
• Develop strategic account plans with clear growth targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve maximum value
