Role Description

HelloNation is hiring accomplished salespeople to sell something the digital marketing industry can't copy. We sell Edvertising, a proprietary platform that makes local businesses the trusted, credible authority in their market. As consumers lean on AI, search, and reviews to decide who to trust, being found isn't enough anymore. Businesses need to be believed. That's the conversation you'll own.

Edvertising combines expert educational content, video, third-party credibility, PR, and strategic local distribution into one authority-building platform. Instead of a client saying "trust us, we're the best," we prove why they deserve to be trusted.

This role is for a high performer who wants to own their results and build a real book of business. You'll develop your market, generate your own opportunities, and drive revenue through strategic partnerships. Candidates who come in with existing small business relationships will create early momentum, accelerate their pipeline, and close business faster in the first 30-60 days.

What You'll Do

• Prospect, pitch, and close local business owners and executives on the HelloNation platform
• Build your book from scratch through outbound, networking, and referrals, then activate existing relationships fast
• Generate and maintain your own pipeline, consistently hitting activity and revenue targets
• Turn closed clients into long-term, renewing relationships

Qualifications

• A proven record in B2B or transactional sales with a short (1-2 call) close cycle and recurring revenue
• A true hunter mentality, with the ability to build a book of business from nothing
• The ability to sell a concept and a competitive advantage, not a commodity, through storytelling and scenario-based selling
• Self-motivated, grit, coachability, and the resilience to reset fast after a no
• A competitive background in sales, sports, military, or another high-performance arena
• Media, advertising, or agency experience preferred, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary range: $50,000 to $65,000 plus 10% commission
• On Target Earnings can range from $100-350k for top performers
