Role Description

The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for deploying programs and initiatives that enable selling teams to execute the core aspects of their jobs more effectively, especially as it relates to sales and revenue performance. This role serves as a key resource supporting efforts to earn new business and develop strategies to grow and retain key accounts. Using a consultative approach, The Sales Enablement Manager will seek to deeply understand client objectives and business challenges while applying in-depth knowledge of the industry and One10 products to develop solutions.

Scope of Work

• Oversees the development of current and new enablement initiatives, including programmatic and proposal design.
• Provides insight and support to sales that helps tell a compelling One10 story.
• Responds to customer concerns and recommends the best solutions for their needs.
• Facilitates cross-functional team alignment by gathering insights and collaborating to execute initiatives that improve existing sales processes.
• Creates compelling and distinctive presentations, collaborating with sales engineers, salespeople, and solution practitioners.
• Oversees multiple projects and initiatives including execution.
• Demonstrates a keen familiarity with the buyer’s journey as it evolves alongside the market.
• Open to modifying approaches based on the ever-changing sales enablement landscape.
• Identifies the internal stakeholders necessary for the success of initiatives.
• Ensures timely execution of projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in presale, sales enablement, or sales support with demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies.
• Measurable experience of having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, and length of sales cycle.
• Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches.
• Active involvement and participation in industry associations.
• Ability to streamline processes and existing operations to maximize resource utilization.
• Masters of the tools in their tech stack, communicating their functionality while designing initiatives that support their adoption and track their usage.
• Adept at strategizing initiatives that will have the highest impact given available resources.
• Able to prime sales teams for changes by providing them with the necessary tools, content, and support.

• Strong organizational skills to anticipate roadblocks, juggle priorities, and meet completion deadlines.

Benefits

• Maximum Base Pay: $75,000-$85,000
