[Hiring] Sales Compensation Manager @Altus Group

Role Description

Reporting to the Global Head of Revenue Operations, we are hiring a Sales Compensation Manager to own and manage our global sales compensation process from end to end. As our new Sales Compensation Manager, you will:

• Design sales compensation plans and quotas.
• Own compensation administration and payouts.
• Turn data into insight.
• Manage and optimize compensation systems.
• Build scalable, reliable processes.
• Partner across the business.

This is a remote role based in the United States, with a preference for candidates located near our Houston, New York, or Chicago offices.

Qualifications

• Deep experience designing and administering sales compensation programs.
• Comfortable working across complex financial and sales data.
• Hands-on experience with a sales compensation platform such as Xactly or similar systems.
• Understanding of sales compensation within recurring-revenue business models.
• Ability to take ownership of complex compensation questions.
• Strong communication and partnership skills.

Requirements

• Experience with incentive plan design, quota methodologies, commission calculations, and payouts.
• Ability to analyze sales performance and create meaningful reporting.
• Experience with Salesforce, Workday, Power BI, Databricks, or similar tools.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across various departments.
