[Hiring] Sales and Business Development Manager @Social Insights & Analytics

Role Description

The Executive – Pre-sales role involves establishing dialogues with key decision-makers and supporting the business development team.

• Establishing dialogues with key decision-makers, including VP, SVP, director, and CXO level executives in client organizations.
• Setting up meetings and conference calls by cold calling & generating leads for BD Manager / Directors / VPs.
• Sourcing and mining contacts from various business directories and websites.
• Attending sales calls with BD Manager / Directors / VPs and preparing meeting notes.
• Assisting the BD Manager / Directors / VPs with follow-ups.
• Assisting the BD Manager / Directors / VPs in preparing marketing collateral.
• Well-versed with all pre-sales support functions, including:
  • Designing, launching, and managing email, tele-calling, and direct mail campaigns.
  • Developing prospect lists.
  • Maintaining calling MIS.
  • Proactively creating business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate/PG/MBA.
• 1-2 years’ experience in KPO/BPO/Research industry, pre-sales executive for international market.

Requirements

• Good Communication & Interpersonal skills.
• Pre-sales calling (outbound) experience mandatory.
• Market and business research experience an added advantage.
• Ability to work with strict targets (goal orientation).
• Ability to work well in a team and interface effectively with product and service delivery teams.
• Willingness to go beyond self to take on larger goals; self-driven; dependable; persistent attitude.
• Open to working in the US shift (4pm-1am / 5pm-2am).
