Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science (PCM); MBA preferred.

6-10 years of experience in the Diagnostics industry with strong exposure to reagents, consumables, and diagnostic instruments.

Solid understanding of diagnostics products, applications, and market dynamics.

Experience in managing key accounts and driving sales through distributor/channel partner networks.

Good knowledge of tender-based business and government procurement processes.

Customer-focused professional with strong market awareness and understanding of key research and diagnostic facilities within the assigned territory.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms, and sales reporting tools.

Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently within a competitive market environment.

Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions to support customer acquisition and retention.

Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.

Develop new business opportunities, generate leads, and successfully convert prospects into revenue-generating customers.

Collaborate closely with channel partners and distributors to expand market reach and achieve profitability targets.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts and maintain regular sales reporting through CRM and business systems.

Identify and onboard new key accounts, distributors, and direct trade opportunities within the territory.

Execute regular customer visits to understand requirements, promote solutions, and drive business expansion.

Lead territory development initiatives to accelerate revenue growth and maximize market penetration.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and emerging opportunities to support strategic business decisions.
