Role Description

You will work with individuals and families who want guidance around life, supplemental health, and accident insurance products.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with prospective clients and schedule appointments
• Conduct virtual needs-based insurance discussions
• Educate clients about available products and services
• Recommend options based on individual needs
• Follow up to support the client decision-making process
• Maintain professional relationships and accurate information

Qualifications

• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented approach to client support
• Self-motivation and accountability
• Ability to learn technology quickly

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
