[Hiring] Regional Sales Manager, Commercial @Towne Park

Role Description

The Regional Sales Manager (Commercial) is a strategic hunter responsible for driving new revenue through the sale of Towne’s Revenue Generating Solutions combined with our Nexity hardware and software technology solutions. This role is focused on aggressively pursuing and closing new business opportunities in pre-determined micro-markets while maximizing long-term recurring revenue through Nexity SaaS and transaction-based income streams across commercial real estate client base with flat lots and garages.

As a market-facing sales leader, this individual actively builds and converts a robust pipeline through direct prospecting, relationship development, and in-person engagement. At the same time, they serve as a trusted advisor and technology expert—educating clients and internal stakeholders on Towne’s capabilities, value proposition, and application across the diverse commercial real estate environments.

This leader owns the full sales lifecycle from opportunity creation through close, partnering cross-functionally to quickly design solutions, structure deals, and ensure seamless deployment. Success in this role requires an entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset, strong financial and technical acumen, and the ability to translate Towne’s operational and Nexity’s technology into clear, revenue-generating outcomes that drive increased asset valuation and NOI for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field OR equivalent experience in sales preferred
• 2-4 years of B2B sales or business development experience
• Proven success in a quota-carrying role
• Experience selling services or solutions into commercial real estate, hospitality, or distributed services environment
• Strong prospecting and cold outreach capability
• Comfortable working within structured sales processes
• Salesforce or CRM experience
• Exceptional communicator with strong negotiation, presentation, and client engagement skills; able to influence senior decision-makers
• Able to manage multiple priorities while driving focused, data-driven sales strategies
• Self-starter with high energy, adaptability, and a performance-oriented mindset; thrives in fast-paced, growth-focused environments, and fanatical prospector

Requirements

• MUST RESIDE IN TEXAS
• Compensation: Annual base pay range for this position is $91,000 - $112,000, plus commission
• Travel of up to 60% may be required
