Role Description

We’re looking for three motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Managers to lead sales efforts across the Southwestern, Eastern, and Midwestern United States. These remote roles are ideal for self-starters who thrive on building relationships, driving revenue, and supporting both direct accounts and distribution channels. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales revenue to meet assigned targets.
• Prospect and secure new accounts within the designated territory.
• Manage direct accounts to increase business volume and profitability.
• Support distributor sales teams with strategy, planning, and training.
• Participate in trade shows, industry meetings, and training conferences.
• Stay informed on new products, services, and market trends.
• Monitor and report on competitive activity.
• Troubleshoot product-related issues and handle customer inquiries.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage contacts and document sales activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Sales, Marketing, or Business.
• 4+ years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in a STEM field.
• ERP experience preferred (i.e., Sage, SAP).
• Strong CRM experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel 50% domestically.
