[Hiring] Regional Sales Manager @Huyett

Role Description

Huyett seeks an entrepreneurial professional with a strong industrial sales background to manage an important and strategic book of business spanning California, Nevada, Oregon, Idaho, Washington, Montana, and Wyoming (Note: Territory size will be optimized based on business needs).

• This role entails 30-40% travel to canvass, build relationships, and develop business with a wide variety of industrial customers throughout the assigned territory.
• We use the Sandler Sales System as well as private consultation, peer review, and management coaching to ensure that our territory sales representatives' professional acumen is continuously improved and refined.

Qualifications

• Proven success in industrial sales, business development, or territory management.
• Experience developing distributor and customer relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Experience leveraging CRM systems consistently to manage customer relationships.
• Cross-functional team player with strong business acumen.

• Experience within industrial fasteners, industrial distribution, or related industrial markets.
• Four+ years of experience with Structural Fasteners, Lifting & Rigging, and/or Industrial Adhesives.
• Experience selling into OEM, fabrication, manufacturing, or construction-related markets.
