[Hiring] Regional Sales Manager @Hach

Role Description

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting the company’s products and services. You will manage water authorities, contractors, and resellers for the assigned QLD Region, being the key technical point of contact. Your role is essential for a high level of customer service and exceeding expectations. You will be responsible for the entire Hach product portfolio including lab & online instruments. This position is home-based with regular travel to customer sites/offices.

• Through effective territory management, expand Hach Pacific’s business in the assigned territory seeking new opportunities and prospects in the Municipal (Drinking Water and Wastewater) market.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by the Company.
• Participate in sales activities including customer visits, trade shows, training, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare and implement a detailed annual sales plan by identifying sales objectives, opportunities & key customers.
• Maintain customer activity files including quotes, funnel, and sales opportunities in the company’s CRM or other reporting tools, as required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience preferably in the water industry.
• Preferred degree in Engineering/Science or trade qualification.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Teamwork and ability to work across cultures, countries, locations, and business teams.
• Existing customer relationships in regional councils.
