This is an amazing opportunity to get involved! As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by:

• Identifying, developing, and capitalizing on sales opportunities from new leads and assigned customer accounts.
• Expanding and strengthening the customer base across the United States while consistently achieving or exceeding monthly gross profit and revenue targets.
• Recruiting, leading, and managing a high-performing sales team.
• Preparing and delivering reports and presentations to senior management.
• Collaborating with department heads to address and resolve customer issues and requests.
• Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a related role.
• 2+ years leading or building a sales team.
• Demonstrated success in a sales-driven environment with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to actively listen, build trust, and foster strong relationships.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools to optimize workflow and customer management.
