Role Description
Kwik Lokโs Regional Sales Managers (RSM) are responsible for driving revenue growth within their assigned territories. This position will cover the Southwestern US territory, which includes California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado. If the RSM is bilingual (English and Spanish), Mexico and South America may also be included within the Southwestern territory. Success in this role requires a proactive and results-oriented approach to sales, a business development mindset, and a relationship management focus.

Qualifications

Bachelorโs degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Bilingual (English & Spanish).

Proven track record of successful sales experience in B2B manufacturing selling capital equipment.

Willingness to travel as needed within the designated region (approximately 30-50% of the time).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of the industry and market trends within the region.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales-related tools.

Must possess a valid passport and driverโs license.

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and background screenings.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Requirements

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for Southwestern US.

Continuously assess market trends, customer needs, and competition.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Identify and target potential new customers and markets.

Generate leads and develop a pipeline of prospective clients.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.

Partner with Revenue Operations Lead for sales forecasts and reporting.

Attend industry events and networking opportunities.

Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.

Utilize CRM tool for opportunity and quote management.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the CRO.
Benefits

Pay scale: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.

Eligible for commissions program and annual performance bonuses.
