Role Description
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading and growing Bradshaw Home's business across assigned regional grocery and strategic customer accounts. This role owns the development and execution of customer growth strategies while delivering revenue, profitability, distribution, and category expansion objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum 5β8 years of progressive sales experience within the consumer products industry

Experience managing regional or national retail accounts preferred

Experience with line reviews, category management, customer negotiations, and promotional planning

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
