Role Description

Regional Sales Managers are executives within the Bob’s Discount Furniture organization and play a vital role by creating an atmosphere that establishes, nourishes and maintains Bob’s Culture, ensures a world class customer service experience, as well as promotes the direction of the Company. The Regional Sales Manager ensures that stores perform beyond expectations in a manner that is consistent with the Company’s core values and vision and is expected to lead their teams by example.

Job Responsibilities

• Exceed Company goals by developing and leading store teams to maximize sales and profitability.
• Drive sales in a framework of Company policies and procedures.
• Visit stores weekly to interact with management teams and store associates.
• Ensure management team is current on Company policies and objectives.
• Engage, encourage, mentor, and motivate direct and indirect reports.
• Identify and determine professional development opportunities.
• Ensure all locations are adequately staffed to meet and/or exceed budgeted sales numbers.
• Adhere to all Company guidelines and policies.
• Oversee employee discipline and employee relations issues with appropriate partnerships.
• Establish themselves in the community as a champion of honesty, integrity, and good judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven financial acumen and budgetary success.
• 5 – 10 years sales experience in retail environment.
• 5 plus years of Multi-Unit Retail Store Management experience.
• Ability to manage process as well as identify opportunities to improve process.
• History of coaching and developing talent and building a strong bench.

Pay

Approximately $120,000 to $130,000 annually, plus additional bonus opportunities.
