[Hiring] Regional Sales Manager @Henpen Corporation

Role Description

The Regional Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for building a U.S. customer base from the ground up, focusing on technical sales within the electrical products sector.

• Remote position with travel approximately 25% U.S. + occasional international.
• Base salary: $115K–$130K.
• Bonus potential: Up to approximately $45K based on revenue, profit, and individual/team KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside industrial/technical sales experience.
• Experience selling electrical products/components into industrial customers.
• Some exposure to the transformer, power, utility, high-voltage, electrical equipment, or energy industry.
• Comfortable with technical RFQs, quotations, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Proven new-business/customer-development experience — not just account maintenance.
• Willing to be hands-on/"boots on the ground."
• Comfortable working for an international/European organization with a greenfield U.S. operation.
• Technical degree preferred, particularly in electrical engineering.

Requirements

• Target candidates with roughly 5–12 years of relevant experience.
• Avoid candidates with 20–30-year VP/Director-level sales experience.
