Role Description

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth by developing new business, expanding customer relationships, and serving as the face of DuraPlas throughout an assigned territory. This is an individual contributor role with full ownership of the assigned territory. You'll have the autonomy to develop your sales strategy, build customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. This position will work across the Midwest region, which includes Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky.

This is an exciting opportunity for an energized, self-motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and winning business. You'll focus on expanding our Plumbing and HVAC product lines by developing new distribution partnerships, creating contractor-level demand, and growing relationships with OEMs, distributors, contractors, and other key customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent industry experience considered
• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in B2B environments; Plumbing, HVAC, or Industrial markets strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Experience launching or growing new project lines is a plus
• Experience working autonomously in field sales across a multi-state region

Requirements

• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage a territory independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong understanding of sales pipeline development and customer lifecycle management
• Familiarity with pricing structures, quoting, and basic contract terms
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively

• Base salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and territory success
