Role Description

Regional Growth Partner - Lead Generation

Engagement: Independent contractor · 6-month initial term · remote · performance-based

The role involves sourcing target accounts, reaching the right decision-maker, qualifying, and landing a discovery call. You attend the call; Boolanga leads it. On its conclusion, you hand the account over in full. No follow-up, no proposals, no negotiation, no delivery. You open doors - we close them.

What you'll do

• Identify accounts fitting the target profile: large distributed or uniformed frontline workforces at scale (retail, QSR, facilities, industrial, hospitality, logistics, food delivery).
• Register each account for approval before contacting it.
• Run your own outbound: email, LinkedIn, phone, events - using the Boolanga-issued outreach address.
• Reach a named operations or procurement decision-maker.
• Qualify against fit and scale, book the meeting, and attend the discovery call with Boolanga.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience in personally booking senior-level meetings from outbound.
• Knowledge of how to reach and qualify operations or procurement buyers.
• Working experience in the UK.
• Ability to work independently on your own list and method as a contractor.

Requirements

• Not suitable if you've only ever worked inbound or led someone handed you.
• Need for a fixed salary or employee status is not a fit.
• Expecting Boolanga to supply a target list (you source your own accounts).
