Role Description

Your job is simple: turn qualified prospects into registered clients. Your earning potential is anything but limited.

As a Property Investment Specialist, you’ll lead one-on-one virtual appointments of around 90 minutes, uncover what prospects want to achieve through property investment and show them how AllianceCorp can help make it happen.

You’ll own your conversion targets, follow up with purpose and turn quality conversations into measurable results. With experienced leaders coaching you to sharpen your skills and uncapped commission rewarding your performance, the opportunity is there to keep raising the bar.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the conversation: Run one-on-one virtual appointments with qualified prospects, uncover their property investment goals and connect them with our end-to-end solution.
• Turn interest into action: Present with confidence, handle objections and convert the right prospects into registered clients.
• Keep the pipeline moving: Follow up with prospects, maximise appointment attendance and book registered clients into their next appointments with our Brokers and Property Wealth Planners.
• Own your performance: Track your conversion targets, stay across your numbers and take accountability for your results.
• Keep getting better: Work with experienced leaders, put coaching into practice and continually sharpen your sales approach.
• Stay on top of the details: Keep HubSpot records accurate and deliver a professional client experience while meeting compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Sales or consultative selling experience – and a track record you’re proud of.
• The confidence to ask great questions, handle objections and move conversations towards a decision.
• A competitive edge and the drive to hit targets, improve your numbers and earn uncapped commission.
• A coachable mindset. You take feedback, put it into practice and want to get better.
• Strong communication, organisation and follow-through.
• Confidence using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Flexibility to work evenings and alternating Saturday mornings.
• Full working rights in Australia. Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Property or finance experience? Great. A strong sales mindset, ambition and the willingness to learn? Even better.
