[Hiring] Payments Account Manager @EverCommerce

Role Description

We're looking for an ANZ Payments Account Manager to help our existing Timely customers discover the value of Timely Pay and Terminals, making it easier for them to manage payments and grow their businesses.

• Build and manage a pipeline of payments opportunities within our existing Timely customer base.
• Proactively engage customers through calls, emails and follow-ups to identify opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right Timely Pay and Terminals solutions.
• Clearly communicate the value of our payments products and how they support business growth.
• Manage opportunities from initial conversation through to conversion.
• Build trusted relationships that support long-term customer success.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Success and other teams to achieve payments growth targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, sales or a similar customer-facing commercial role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for achieving targets.
• Confidence engaging customers, understanding their needs and presenting solutions.
• The ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using CRM systems and digital tools.
• A collaborative mindset, genuine curiosity and a customer-first approach.
• An understanding of the hair and beauty industry would be a bonus!

• This role is permanent, full time position and can be based anywhere in Australia.
