Role Description

This is a client-facing Partner Lead position, sitting within the advertising business and reporting to the Industry Lead. The Partner Lead owns and grows a book of existing business, with a focus on deepening client and agency relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and managing annual renewals.

• Developing a business plan to grow existing accounts, deepening engagement with current stakeholders and identifying additional budget owners
• Leveraging customer purchase data to proactively align solutions to client business needs
• Applying your experience in sales to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Holding biweekly client check-ins and conducting ongoing discovery to stay aligned with evolving KPIs
• Using high-impact questioning to surface insights, predict churn risk, and confirm solution alignment
• Uncovering business challenges and delivering measurable performance and ROI
• Building effective relationships with brand-side stakeholders at all levels

Qualifications

• 6+ years managing a book of business, driving strategic learning agendas, and building high-value relationships
• Experience in compelling data-backed storytelling and managing forecasts to achieve goals
• Data-driven selling experience: comfortable analysing performance metrics, market trends, and statistical data
• Experience in executive-level influence, engaging multiple stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams
• Expertise in preparing and presenting business reviews that highlight measurable outcomes
• A collaborative approach, partnering across internal and external teams to drive revenue
• A strategic mindset focused on longer-term opportunities and client initiatives
