The Role: Partner Channel Manager – West Region (Remote)

You are a relationship-builder ready to make a significant impact in the emergency communication industry linking our partners to code-required services to help them solve their customers’ needs.
Our Partner Channel Manager will be responsible for two primary objectives that support our sales representatives:

Expanding our partnership base by sourcing and securing new partners.

Developing and executing action plans to drive incremental growth from existing partners.
What You’ll Do:

Build, cultivate, and source new strategic partnerships and develop existing partners for an assigned territory.

Demonstrate exceptional prospecting skills, leveraging both in-field visits and telephone outreach to self-generate new partner opportunities.

Travel to partner sites, trade shows, and industry events as needed.

Develop a solid working knowledge of Kings III products and understand the benefits they will provide to potential customers.

Cultivate strong consultative relationships with partners to drive engagement, growth, and partner satisfaction.

Consistently articulate Kings III’s value proposition to partners in order to maintain and increase Kings III’s share of each partner’s business.

Exhibit assertiveness and persistence in following through the entire partner process, from initial contact to agreement execution, onboarding, and handing off to the territory sales representative.

Work with Kings III Sales Representatives throughout the territory to connect target partners and generate referral opportunities.

Provide detailed updates as needed on the progress of weekly and monthly goals.

Log all activities to maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.

Embrace a disciplined, repeatable process, and consistently enhance your partner skills and industry knowledge.
Qualifications

Elevator industry experience is highly preferred, particularly experience working with or selling to independent elevator companies.

Supplier-side elevator industry experience is a plus, especially if you’ve developed relationships with independent elevator contractors, their owners, leaders, and sales teams.

Familiarity with the independent elevator company landscape and an existing network of industry relationships is a strong plus.

Experience developing new business relationships from the ground up, including prospecting, opening doors, building trust, and developing long-term partnerships.

Experience growing existing relationships and identifying opportunities to generate additional business through those relationships.

Experience working collaboratively with sales representatives or account owners to create and develop opportunities.

Experience supporting partner or customer onboarding, training, and ongoing relationship development is preferred.

Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage outreach, relationships, activity, and next steps.

Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
