Role Description
The National Sales Manager will report to the Associate Director of Sales and work closely with the Revenue Management, Reservations, and Operations teams. This individual will be laser-focused on driving revenue growth, building strategic client relationships, and scaling our national accounts program. In a fast-moving startup environment, this role requires both big-picture strategy and roll-up-your-sleeves execution.

Qualifications

Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required if experience is strong).

8+ years of hospitality sales experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth company.

Proven track record of building pipelines and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Have built and maintain a strong, well-established network of industry contacts to drive business growth and partnerships.

Comfortable balancing strategy with direct selling and prospecting.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Adaptable, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on execution.

Willingness to travel as needed to build relationships and close deals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with travel managers, meeting planners, and other strategic partners.

Pursue strategic national sales partnerships with large corporations to secure high-volume business and expand our reach nationwide.

Develop sales processes, tools, and KPIs to scale efficiently as we grow.

Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership to align go-to-market initiatives.

Gather customer and market feedback to inform product development and positioning.

Prepare sales forecasts and insights for leadership and investors.

Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
