[Hiring] National Sales Manager @Syfan Logistics

Role Description

• Develops and maintain customer relationships
• Identify, generate, pursue, and close new sales opportunities
• Assess business opportunities and prospect requirements to solve challenges through a sales solution approach to outsourced/managed transportation services
• Apply appropriate sales techniques to close on new business opportunities through an in-depth understanding of the industry and the customer market segment
• Apply multi-tier approach to sales activities including:
  • Telephone calls
  • Face to face meetings
  • Prospecting
  • Qualifying
  • Lead generation
  • Cold calling
• Monitors, follows up with, and assists customer sales representatives with new leads on business opportunities
• Conducts regular cold calls toward mining for potential business opportunities
• Establishes and grows new business opportunities
• Quotes customers on new lanes as requested or required
• Conducts sales trips as required and/or when warranted to visit customer prospects
• Design and present sales presentations
• Coordinates and works closely with the VP of Business Development
