Role Description

Help scale the UK’s fastest-growing motorsport series into the US. High-growth role with clear earning potential and progression.

FAT Karting League is the UK’s fastest-growing electric karting series, delivering high-energy, competitive racing experiences. Following strong domestic growth, we are expanding internationally in the US. Our goal is to launch 50 international championships over the next five years.

We are now hiring a Sales Executive to drive ticket sales and support market expansion across the United States.

This is a hands-on sales role focused on revenue generation and customer acquisition. You will be responsible for:

• Selling event tickets
• Managing inbound and outbound leads
• Helping launch new locations (“Hubs”) in the US

This is a fully remote role based in the United States. Candidates based in the Central Time Zone are preferred to ensure effective coverage across key markets including Texas, Indianapolis, and California. Occasional travel to events is expected and encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience with evidence of hitting or exceeding targets
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Comfortable managing a full sales cycle (lead → close)
• Experience using a CRM system (HubSpot preferred)
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• You are comfortable picking up the phone, handling objections, and closing deals
• You take ownership of your pipeline and are always looking for ways to improve your performance
• A passion for motorsport is a plus
