We are searching for the best talent for Manager, Commercial Programs & Excellence- Spine to be located remote in the US.

The Manager, Commercial Programs & Excellence leads defined commercial initiatives for US Spine Sales, translating business priorities into actionable plans, insights, and execution. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Commercial Programs & Excellence, the role partners across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Analytics, and other functions to strengthen commercial decision-making, integrate business planning, and deliver agreed program outcomes. The Manager independently leads assigned work within established objectives, develops recommendations for business leaders, and escalates risks and decisions requiring approval.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare or a related industry, including at least three years in sales effectiveness, commercial operations, or a related function.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, cross-functional program management, and change implementation.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including the ability to develop models, evaluate scenarios, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Excel for analysis and financial modeling and PowerPoint for executive presentations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence and align partners without direct authority.
• Ability to work independently within defined objectives, exercise sound judgment, and escalate risks and decisions appropriately.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple programs and competing deadlines.
• Up to 25% travel.
