[Hiring] Commercial Sales Manager @RelaDyne LLC

Role Description

We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead sales performance, develop talent, and drive revenue growth and profitability across the region. This role oversees sales team recruitment, training, performance management, budgeting, pricing optimization, and sales compensation while partnering with Branch Operations, Marketing, and corporate leadership to improve business results.

• Recruit, develop, and coach Sales Representatives to drive revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and account expansion.
• Monitor sales performance, profitability, margins, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Partner with Branch Operations and Marketing to align sales strategies, budgets, and business objectives.
• Manage sales compensation, territory alignment, headcount planning, and performance improvement plans.
• Develop reporting and provide data-driven insights to support strategic planning and business reviews.
• Support pricing optimization through vendor negotiations, pricing recommendations, and collaboration with the centralized Pricing Team.
• Drive CRM adoption, sales reporting accuracy, process improvements, and sales productivity.
• Support new branch onboarding and company-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in high-volume sales or sales operations leadership.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Experience with Sage CRM or other CRM platforms; basic Power BI knowledge.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to translate sales strategies into actionable processes and collaborate effectively across teams.
