Role Description

Quartz Luxury Windows by Quaker is looking for a driven Luxury Residential Sales Representative to lead our presence in the Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C. territory. This is a high‑visibility, relationship‑focused role selling premium window and door solutions to luxury builders, architects, and dealers that service the Residential Luxury Fenestration space. • Own and grow a luxury residential territory across Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C.
• Develop new business with high‑end architects, builders, dealers, and industry partners.
• Strengthen and expand relationships with existing luxury accounts.
• Act as a trusted advisor with deep product and technical expertise.
• Conduct strategic, in‑person customer visits and jobsite support.
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience.
• Train customers on Quartz Luxury Windows by Quaker products, systems, and innovations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of luxury window and doors sales experience.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong relationship‑building and presentation skills.
• Comfort working with architects, builders, and high‑end dealers.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and navigate jobsite environments.
• Self‑motivated, organized, influencing, and results‑driven.
• Willingness to travel daily within the territory.
