[Hiring] Field Sales Representative @U.S. Bank National Association

Role Description

This is a remote field-based position with no regular in-office requirements. However, the selected candidate is expected to spend approximately 80% of their time within their assigned territory meeting with clients, prospects, and business partners. To effectively support the territory, candidates must reside in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, Illinois (Rockford-Marengo area).

• Develop new business relationships to drive revenue growth and expand market share while increasing profitability within existing accounts.
• Identify opportunities by leveraging knowledge of client needs, market trends, products, and services.
• Conduct consultative sales presentations for prospective and current clients, demonstrating how the organization's solutions can help achieve their business objectives.
• Build and maintain a strong referral network and execute a strategic calling program to generate leads, strengthen relationships, and drive sales results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Two to three years of relevant sales experience
• Ability to travel

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of product marketing, client service issues and organization operations
• Strong marketing, business development/sales and negotiating skills
• Ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issues
• Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
