[Hiring] Internal Sales Representative @Hire Overseas

Role Description

We're looking for an Internal Sales Representative to drive new business at Hire Overseas, a fast-moving offshore staffing and HR platform placing vetted global talent into U.S. companies. You will own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and inbound lead handling through discovery, proposal, and close, and you will be a direct contributor to the revenue that fuels the company's growth.

This is a small business. This is a lean operation. You will build your own pipeline, run your own process, and manage your own systems without a supporting cast. You will have a high degree of ownership and autonomy over how you build pipeline, run your process, and close deals. If you are a self-directed seller who takes full ownership of outcomes, moves fast, and thrives without needing structure handed to them, this role is a strong fit.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of closing deals and generating revenue in a full-cycle or high-contribution sales role
• Self-directed and high-ownership with the ability to build and manage your own pipeline independently
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills with the confidence and presence to run sales conversations at a senior level
• Comfortable operating with autonomy in a small business where processes are still being built and the answers are not always handed to you
• Organized and disciplined with clean CRM habits and consistent follow-through on every open opportunity
• Motivated by results and comfortable being measured against revenue targets

Requirements

• Outbound Prospecting and Pipeline Generation
• Identify and research target accounts across U.S. companies that are strong candidates for offshore hiring
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate pipeline without relying on inbound alone
• Build and maintain a healthy, organized pipeline of active prospects and follow up consistently without dropping threads
• Test and iterate on messaging, targeting, and outreach approaches to improve conversion at every stage
• Inbound Lead Handling
• Respond to inbound inquiries quickly and qualify them accurately against the ideal customer profile
• Move qualified inbound leads through the funnel efficiently and with a high sense of urgency
• Ensure no inbound lead waits or falls through the cracks
• Discovery, Proposal, and Closing
• Run structured discovery conversations to understand prospect needs, pain points, timeline, and fit
• Prepare and present tailored proposals that speak to the specific value Hire Overseas delivers for each client
• Handle objections confidently and move deals to close with a consultative approach
• Own the deal from first touch through signed agreement and handoff to customer success
• CRM and Pipeline Management
• Maintain accurate, current records of all outreach, conversations, and deal status in the CRM
• Keep pipeline data clean and trustworthy so leadership has a real view of what is coming and when
• Track and report on key sales metrics including activity, pipeline, and revenue contribution
