[Hiring] Internal Sales Manager @Kodland

Role Description

What you'll be doing:

• Manage a portfolio of existing customers throughout their learning journey, ensuring high engagement and long-term retention
• Conduct outbound sales and retention activities via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM to renew learning packages
• Build strong relationships with customers, understand their goals, and recommend the right learning solutions
• Negotiate offers, prepare personalized proposals, and close renewals, upsells, and reactivations
• Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with Customer Success, Teaching Operations, and Finance teams

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) — mandatory
• English B2+ for internal communication
• From 6 months of experience in EdTech, SaaS, Customer Success, Account Management, B2C Sales, Telemarketing, Retention, or similar consultative sales roles
• Strong CRM skills (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), objection handling, and closing techniques

Requirements

• Experience working remotely in an international environment (will be a plus)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment (will be a plus)

Schedule

• Full-time, 45 hours/week (9h/day), between 09:00–20:00 Italy time, with flexibility for peak afternoon/evening hours
