[Hiring] Inside Sales Representative @CQ Medical

Role Description

CQ Medical is seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role drives revenue growth through inbound and outbound sales activities, lead generation, customer engagement, quote management, and accurate CRM administration.

• Respond to customer inquiries, enter orders, schedule shipments, resolve and document complaints, and provide information to customers.
• Partner with field Territory Sales Managers and engage in upselling and cross-selling when appropriate to meet the clinician’s patient needs.
• Represent the voice of CQ Medical to our customers and ensure we meet the needs of their patients.
• Work closely with the field sales team to achieve Sales department goals.
• Report to the Customer Care Manager in service of our providers and their patients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Two or more years of customer service experience; inside sales or consultative selling experience preferred.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn complex concepts and systems quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work.
• Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through written and spoken words.
• Ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
• Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you.
• Ability to provide training and information about the safety and proper operation of medical equipment and systems.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions, and to consistently follow processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to type 40 wpm and 10-key.
