Role Description
The purpose of this role is to serve as onefinestay's local, on-the-ground representative in an assigned destination (such as Vail or Tuscany), identifying, approaching, and signing homeowners of high-quality properties to list their homes with onefinestay.
This is a fully commission-based, independent contractor role: the Consultant is not paid a salary or wage, and is instead compensated per signed and onboarded property contract, in line with onefinestay's current commission schedule. The role suits a self-motivated individual with genuine local standing and an existing network of property owners, who can represent the onefinestay brand credibly and convert local relationships into signed supply.
The Consultant will work closely with, and report into, the Director of Business Development, New Markets, who will provide market prioritisation, brand and product training, contract templates, and support in escalating and closing opportunities.
