Role Description

Aviso Edge is looking for Independent Business Development Partners who can identify companies with real business needs and turn those opportunities into new client relationships. This is not a traditional sales job. You are not selling a commodity or making cold calls from a script. You bring the opportunity. We help build the solution.

What you’ll do:

• Use your professional network, relationships, industry knowledge, and business connections to identify companies that could benefit from:

• Business Process Outsourcing
• Project-based consulting
• Experienced professional talent
• Outsourced business functions
• Recognize the opportunity, connect with the right decision-makers, and help open the door.
• Your existing relationships may include:

Requirements

• You do not need to come from consulting.

Benefits

• 100% Commission-Based | Uncapped
• 20% of first-year gross revenue on new clients you originate.
• 5% on qualifying renewals when those clients continue their relationship with Aviso Edge.
• Examples of commissions:
  • $50,000 client → $10,000 commission
  • $100,000 client → $20,000 commission
  • $250,000 client → $50,000 commission
  • $500,000 client → $100,000 commission
• There is no salary ceiling because there is no commission ceiling.
