[Hiring] High-Ticket Sales Account Executive For Premium PR Services @Otter PR

Role Description

Otter Public Relations is seeking experienced closers for a strictly commission-only independent contractor role. Qualified leads are provided, and you will connect with founders, executives, and business leaders to identify their needs, present PR solutions, and close deals.

• Work qualified inbound leads provided by Otter PR
• Conduct discovery and sales calls with business decision-makers
• Sell high-ticket PR packages and recurring services
• Manage objections, follow up consistently, and close deals
• Maintain accurate notes and deal stages in the CRM
• Coordinate a smooth handoff of closed clients to our PR team

Qualifications

• Proven experience closing high-ticket B2B products or services
• Strong discovery, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Confidence communicating with founders and executives
• A self-directed, competitive, and accountable work style
• Consistent follow-through and clean CRM management
• Interest in pursuing opportunities during evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Experience selling PR, marketing, SaaS, consulting, or other professional services is preferred

Requirements

• 1099 independent contractor status
• Strictly commission-only compensation
• Qualified leads provided
• Uncapped, tiered commissions
• No base salary, guaranteed income, or employee benefits
• Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, equipment, and expenses
