Role Description

The SMB Account Executive reports directly to the Director, Sales.

Own the territory. Build the case. Close with value.

• You’re a hunter who owns a defined SMB territory, builds pipeline, and closes value-based deals across SMB accounts.
• Research the right accounts, create entry points through direct outreach, and turn business problems into a case for action.
• Work across HR, People, Finance, and executive stakeholders, run disciplined sales cycles, and protect price by connecting our solutions to measurable business outcomes.
• Manage multiple active opportunities at different stages, move decisively from discovery through close, and keep enough qualified pipeline to deliver consistent monthly and quarterly results.
• This role requires travel of up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outbound B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Self-generated pipeline.
• Owned a defined territory or book of business.
