Role Description

Responsible for managing and leading a team of territory and area sales professionals to maximize total sales and profitability for a specific area or region.

• Develops regional plans and participates in strategic and tactical planning.
• Partners with internal and external leaders to formulate strategic plans and brand-specific marketing strategies to drive performance.
• Executes launch activities and go-to market plans.
• Establishes performance criteria and monitors, providing development for the sales force.
• Manages key business relationships to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Manages internal resources and operating expenses to ensure profitability; ensuring compliance with all Company policies, procedures, and practices.
• Establishes operational objectives and work plans and delegates assignments to subordinates.
• Involved in developing, modifying, and executing company policies that affect immediate operations and have a company-wide effect.
• Typically manages one or more departments of Professional track employees and may have subordinate Supervisors.
