Role Description
The Group Director, Lifestyle is Power Digital's senior client relationship and revenue leader for consumer product brands operating primarily through traditional D2C ecommerce but also available through other sales channels. Your clients compete on a longer, higher-consideration purchase journey β a single sale can carry months of nurture, multiple touchpoints, and a meaningful financial commitment from the customer.
-
Manage your portfolio like a fund manager: know which accounts compound, which CAC payback economics are drifting, and where to spend your time.
-
Act as the executive a client calls when payback periods stretch or a consideration-heavy funnel starts leaking.
-
Play roles such as portfolio growth owner, talent multiplier, tech forward leader, and AI systems thinker.
-
Focus on retention as the floor, not the job; own executive relationships and expansion revenue for the top of your portfolio.
-
Coach Account Directors and their teams to operate as AI-Native Growth Directors.
-
Decide which AI tools and workflows the division adopts.
-
Shape your Division's go-to-market position and represent Power Digital in market on Lifestyle and higher-AOV D2C strategy.

-
Deep marketing fluency in higher-consideration D2C purchase journeys.
-
Channel and program strategy expertise.
