Role Description

Amber Labs is looking for a motivated and confident Entry Level Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity designed for someone who enjoys communicating with people, building professional relationships, and learning how businesses use technology to solve problems. Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. We are interested in candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills, initiative, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. You will receive guidance from experienced colleagues while developing practical experience in sales, client communication, prospecting, and business development.

What You'll Do

• Researching prospective clients and identifying potential business opportunities.
• Reaching out to prospective clients through professional phone, email, and other approved business communication channels.
• Starting conversations with potential clients to better understand their business and technology needs.
• Introducing Amber Labs' services and explaining how our teams may be able to support prospective clients.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with prospects.
• Scheduling conversations and meetings with appropriate team members.
• Following up with prospective clients in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date prospect and client information in company systems.
• Working closely with experienced sales and delivery professionals.
• Learning about Amber Labs' services, technology capabilities, and the industries we support.
• Working toward agreed sales and business development goals.

Qualifications

• A confident and professional communicator.
• Comfortable speaking with new people by phone and email.
• A good listener who takes time to understand client needs.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple conversations and follow-ups.
• Reliable, professional, and attentive to detail.
• Curious about technology and how organizations use it to solve business challenges.
• Willing to learn, receive feedback, and continuously develop.
• Comfortable working toward individual and team goals.

Requirements

• No previous sales experience is required.
• No degree is required.

• Experience in any customer-facing or communication-focused environment can be helpful, including customer service, retail, hospitality, recruitment, account support, business development, or other client-facing work.
