[Hiring] Enterprise Account Executive @OnTarget

Role Description

OnTarget Clinical is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our Sales team remotely. In this role, you will report to the VP of Sales. You will be responsible for building relationships with IDD and personal care providers, conducting product demonstrations, managing opportunities throughout the sales cycle, and helping drive growth for a platform purpose-built for providers serving these populations. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, accountable, passionate about the industry, and thrives in a consultative sales environment.

• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations for IDD and personal care providers
• Attend industry conferences and events to generate leads and build relationships with agency leaders
• Manage active opportunities through the full sales cycle from initial demo to signed contract
• Collaborate with the VP of Sales on deal strategy, pricing, and executive-level outreach
• Maintain accurate documentation and pipeline management within HubSpot
• Respond to inbound leads within the same business day
• Represent OnTarget Clinical as a trusted resource within the IDD and personal care market

Qualifications

• Experience working in or selling to IDD, personal care, home health, or behavioral health organizations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
• Comfortable presenting and conducting demos both virtually and in person
• Willingness to travel for conferences, industry events, and prospect meetings
• Passion for supporting providers and the populations they serve
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment
• Enterprise sales experience preferred
• Experience with EHR, practice management, or healthcare software sales preferred
• Familiarity with Medicaid billing, EVV compliance, waiver programs, and/or HubSpot preferred

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Relevant industry experience is strongly preferred in lieu of specific educational requirements

Benefits

• The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $70,000 - $90,000
• Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training
• Total compensation includes a competitive performance-based commission structure with strong earning potential for top performers
• Comprehensive benefits package, including competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits, which begin on your 60th day of employment
• 401(k) plan becomes available after 12 months of employment
