[Hiring] Digital Territory Manager @ADP

Role Description

ADP is hiring a Mid-Market Sales Representative. In this role, you will lead a full-cycle, consultative sales process—selling ADP’s comprehensive suite of solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits—to organizations with 50–999 employees. You will act as a trusted business advisor to key decision-makers such as CFOs, HR leaders, and operations executives, helping them navigate workforce and compliance challenges with tailored solutions.

• Own and grow your territory digitally.
• Proactively build a pipeline and develop long-term client relationships.
• Understand each client’s business and ask insightful questions.
• Leverage modern sales tools and technology.

Qualifications

• Acumen using new tools and technology.
• Positive self-starter with proactive outreach skills.
• Continuous learner, always seeking improvement.
• Two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
• Military experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Prior quota-carrying experience (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to successfully build a network via social platforms (preferred).
• Experience with video platforms (preferred).
